Chris-Marine AB has acquired the monitoring products from German company LEMAG LEHMANN & MICHELS GmbH (LEMAG). The products that will be integrated in Chris-Marine’s range of products are LEMAG SPEAT, Shaftpower, Cylinder Pressure Indicators, Calibration tools and Crankshaft Deflection Indicators.
In connection with the acquisition, Chris-Marine will establish a subsidiary in Germany with key employees from LEMAG. The new Chris-Marine office will be situated at the LEMAG premises in Rellingen close to Hamburg.
