AVEVA Activity Visualization Platform is featured at the Fiatech Technology Conference and Showcase 2014.
AVEVA will be showcasing its unrivalled industrial gaming software AVEVA Activity Visualization Platform (AVEVA AVP) at the Fiatech Annual Technology Conference and Showcase, March 21-April 2, 2014 at the Hyatt Huntington Beach Resort in California. AVEVA AVP transforms operator training by enabling users to create immersive, multi-person, interactive environments from an AVEVA Everything3D or AVEVA PDMS model, as well as from 3D models created in third party modeling software. AVEVA AVP increases capability and effectiveness in a wide range of productivity and safety use cases, such as facility familiarization, training and rehearsal of complex activities, emergency procedure evaluation and competency checks.
“As a founding member of Fiatech, AVEVA is proud to be a Platinum Sponsor at this year’s Fiatech Technology Conference and Showcase,” said William Muldoon, Executive Vice President – North America, AVEVA and Board Member of Fiatech. “Fiatech offers a platform for Owner Operators, EPCs and other stakeholders to collaborate on ways to improve how we engineer, design, construct, operate and maintain capital projects. Fiatech drives important initiatives in our industry, such as interoperability standards and practical solutions for data exchange. These are important issues that matter to our customers and to AVEVA. This year, we are excited to demonstrate how AVEVA AVP offers a zero-risk, low-cost route to maximum operator effectiveness. Fitting with this year’s theme of ‘Value Today – Advancing Tomorrow’, AVEVA AVP significantly advances today’s productivity while helping to create safer, more efficient assets for the future.”

The Information Governance session will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 3:35 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. AVEVA will host the CETI Awards Reception and Gala Dinner which honors the Celebration of Engineering and Technology Innovation.
