Simrad Yachting has entered into a new agreement with Chris-Craft which entails enables Simrad NSO evo2 multi-touch, glass bridge navigation systems to be offered on the Catalina 34 model of Chris-Craft center console powerboats.

A new design for Chris-Craft, the Catalina 34 is the largest of the Catalina center console line and will incorporate the latest technology while maintaining the builder’s signature style. Powered by triple Mercury Verado outboard engines, the boat will include digital switching and Mercury VesselView integration that delivers over 30 engine parameters, as well as view and control of features such as Smart Tow, eco control and cruise control. The vessel will also include Simrad GoFree wireless connectivity, SonarHub sonar, satellite weather and the RS35 VHF with HS35 remote handheld.

Chris-Craft will hold a press conference revealing the Catalina 34 at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show on Thursday, October 30, 2014.
